By accessing and using the BlueLot Opioid Case Management System ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the System.

2. Authorized Use

The System is intended for use by authorized personnel only. Access credentials are assigned by a system administrator and must not be shared with unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

The System may contain protected health information (PHI) and other sensitive data. Users must comply with all applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and any other regulations governing substance use disorder treatment records. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the System only for its intended purpose of opioid case management. Users shall not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the System
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with System operations
• Export or distribute data except through authorized channels
• Use the System for any unlawful purpose

5. Audit and Monitoring

All actions within the System are logged and subject to audit. Users acknowledge that their activity may be monitored to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable regulations.

6. Account Termination

Administrators may suspend or terminate user access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the organization.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The organization does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the System.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the organization be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the System.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
